What do you get with a letterhead template?
Two PDFs at A4: one trimmed exactly to size for printing in the office, and one with 3mm of bleed for a commercial printer.
Can you print a letterhead in the office?
Yes: print the trimmed PDF on plain A4 paper at full size. Most office printers cannot print to the edge of the sheet, so artwork that runs to the edge shows a white margin; send the bleed PDF to a commercial printer for that.
