    Privacy Policy

    BrandLaunch respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.

    What we collect

    • Contact details (name, email, phone) when you place an order or sign up for our list.
    • Details you enter in the editor when personalising a template.
    • Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
    • How you use the site: the pages you visit and the steps you take in the editor, as set out under Analytics and session recording.

    How we use it

    To fulfil your order, deliver products, respond to support requests, and (with your permission) send marketing emails.

    Sharing

    We share it only with the providers we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, PostHog for analytics, and the services that host our database and send our email. We never sell your data.

    Analytics and session recording

    We use PostHog to count how visitors move from our pages into the editor and through to checkout. On template pages and in the editor we also record sessions, so we can see where the editor is hard to use.

    A recording shows the page and the design you are working on. Every form field is hidden in it except your business name and tagline, and the contact details you put on a design (phone, email, address, licence number and ABN) are hidden on the design as well. Recording stops when you go to checkout and never runs on your account page.

    This data is held by PostHog in the United States. Recordings are deleted automatically after a fixed period.

    To stop a browser being counted, open any page of this site with ?internal=1 added to the address, for example brandlaunch.shop/?internal=1. That browser is not counted again.

    Your rights

    You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@brandlaunch.shop.

    This policy complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    BrandLaunch is a registered trading name of GETQUICKSITES PTY LTD. That company is the supplier for the purposes of this document and the party you contract with.
