Where a restaurant's logo gets used
A restaurant's logo is read at the table more than on the street. It sits at the head of the menu, on the wine list, on the bill folder and on the booking page a guest checks the night before. The signage matters, but the menu is where a guest spends time with it.
So the restaurant set leans towards lockups that sit well above a column of dishes: a ligature serif, a formal manor lockup, a modern wordmark and a stamp.
The menu is part of it
Our menu template takes your restaurant's name, colours and dishes, and the list reflows when you add or remove one. Open any logo in the editor and the mockups show it on the window and a takeaway cup, with your name in.
One colour for the paper
Coasters and napkins stamped or printed in one colour need a logo that holds up in one, and so does a takeaway bag stamped in the kitchen. Every logo here is drawn in your ink and accent, and the SVG lets a printer separate them or run the whole logo in one.
Questions
- Does the logo come with a menu?
- The logo download is the logo, its versions and a guidelines document. Menus are separate templates on the print shelf and in the restaurant kits.
- Can I see the logo in use before I buy?
- Yes. The editor's mockups show the logo on a window and a takeaway cup, set with your name. The menu template has its own editor.
