Mechanic logo templates
Our mechanic logo templates are drawn for workshops, detailers and auto electricians, and every one below is set with the name you type. There are 4 to choose from at $49 each, edited in your browser and downloaded as vector files the moment you pay.

Where a workshop's logo gets used
A workshop's logo is on the sign over the roller door, on the work shirts, on the job cards and invoices, and on the service van if there is one. Customers read it most at the counter when they collect the car and the invoice is handed over.
Workshop signs are read from the road by drivers going past, so a mechanic's logo needs a name that reads at a glance, in letters heavy enough to carry across a lane of traffic.
Plate, ring or speed
The set has a number plate lockup, an open ring, an italic wordmark with speed lines and a heritage serif. The plate suits a workshop that works on older cars and wants the name to feel stamped. The speed wordmark suits a detailer or a tuning shop. The heritage serif suits a family workshop with the family name over the door.
Shirts and the van
Every logo downloads as SVG for the sign maker, with merch files sized for a work shirt's left chest and back and a hi-vis back. Our vehicle graphics template takes the same name and colours onto a van. For a mobile detailer the van is the only sign the business has, so it is worth setting up with the logo.
Questions
- Will the logo embroider onto work shirts?
- Send the SVG to the embroiderer. They digitise it into stitch paths first, and the README in the download says so.
- Can an auto electrician use these?
- Yes. The set is drawn for mechanics, detailers and auto electricians, and the symbol library has a bolt for logos that take a symbol.
